Seems to be a hybrid type 1&2 European fuse box https://fusesdiagram.com/ford/fuse-box-diagram-ford-fiesta-2008-2017.html .Car had nothing in F22, 3rd slot up from blue sq 20a (which is also mentioned as a cigarette lighter fuse but looks ok). Type 1&2 both show F22 as a cigarette lighter slot. I put a 20a in F22...nothing. I don't know that it had a cigarette lighter when dad bought it but we put another in to test anyway, no power. The USB has power, for a dashcam but dad wants to run it off the cigarette lighter. Were cigarette lighters standard or optional? Could it just have been not connected during production?

    I wouldn't rely on that website for fuse charts, have found errors on it before.

    Have you got a handbook with the car? If not, put the VIN in here and that should select the correct handbook with the correct fuse specification chart.

    The actual lighters were optional. (Part of the smokers pack). But the 12v socket was standard and always powered, just with a cover over it instead of the lighter inside it.
