EGR cleaning advice and part number if possible

Featured Replies

Have the 1.6 8v diesel and its gonna be a right faff to remove the whole cooler assembly as someones been in there previously and now got a headless bolt in the actual valve bit.

Was gonna use some of the mannol 9694 foam dpf cleaner down the return pipe and leave it to soak, followed by a drive to get it all hot again, and then use some liqui moly intake spray. Am I being daft? Just wana try it before i go about getting the thing off.

Also, can someone get me a part number or find the 9 lead cable from the squib/angle sensor to where ever it connects to the dash harness. I cant for the life of me enter a search term that shows me the right bit and cat car isnt showing any wiring diagrams unless im being stupid there.

Cheers.
