??injector going bad

Hi, this morning my neighbor said he can hear that one of my cars injector sounds bad so I connected it to forscan and get a live reading, anyone please can explain the values and whats the diagnosis, and to fix it. Many thanks

    If they are injector quantities, there's something silly because the values are bigger at idle, so I don't understand what they mean.
    Would be nice to narrow it down perhaps by a leak off test or disconnecting electrical to see if there's any obvious change to the fault neighbour has identified (whatever that is)
    A mystery in a lot of ways???
