Ford kuga losing coolant

Hi all, need some help my wife's 2015 ford kuga keeps losing coolant, every few days I need to top it up, I have replaced the coolant tank, thermostat housing, but still happening, coukd anyone give me any ideas what I could be ??

    2.0, had diagnostic done again there after I posted on here, apparently its the thermostat housing, even know i replaced it last July, the part had failed.

    That is a massive headache, but it’s a story I hear all too often with the 2.0L. Even though you just did it in July, those plastic housings are notorious for warping or developing hairline fractures right out of the box.
