Going back to when I was in Australia I had a Ford Cortina from 1971 - 1980.

Moved on to Papua New Guinea and one of the few Ford Escort - Metallic Blue for a couple of years.

Back in the UK Ford Escort again, around 10yrs to 2009, then Ford Focus to ~2012, then another, and my favourite with a 1.8L engine to March this year. Each one felt a good fit and an improvement on the previous.

In March I bought a new (pre-registered) 2025 Ford Focus ST-Line X Edition. Not really been anywhere in it yet other than locally, but I'm not getting the same vibes and I'm finding the compturised interference hard to get my head around. There will be some posts from me on this in the appropriate section in due course.

Hopefully with some assistance from these forums I'll become more at ease with the vehicle.

    Thanks, sounds as if you have the same 1.8 Focus as I've just traded in. Funnily enough mine was a pre-registered from a Ford Dealer over in Cambridge (Harrison Ford?) which was then sent over to Derby. I was just getting a bit concerned about age and age related problems but otherwise really not much wrong with it.
