2018 Ford Fiesta radio screen not turning on

Featured Replies

Recently the screen on my ford fiesta has stopped working for the radio, sat nav etc. When you turn the car on, the ford logo appears on the screen (as per the picture) and then it goes blank. The screen still works for the rear view camera when you put it in reverse.

The actual radio is still functional i.e. music is played, but you can't see anything.

I did a soft reset with no luck. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you

Gareth

Actually managed to fix it myself. Incase anybody else has the same / similar problem, I did a software update of the sync system via USB and now it is back to normal.
