Hey everyone, I have a 2016 Ford fiesta Ecoboost (82,000 miles). I've noticed that at high speeds, notably on motorways around 50mph+ when I turn slightly left I notice a vibration that seemingly comes from the front right wheel, I can also feel the vibration through my steering wheel. This only happens when turning left at high speeds not when I turn right. The vibration happens regardless of whether I'm accelerating, lifting or maintaining speed if the car is moving at speed I hear it. I also notice that when turning left at speed the steering feels slightly heavier than turning right, although this may be just placebo, not 100% sure if it is but it did feel like it last time I drove. What could the issue be I've heard things such as CV bars on forums or wheel bearings. Is this problem liable to get worse the longer I leave it? How much could a wheel bearing or CV bar replacement cost? Should I visit a shop ASAP? Any help will be much appreciated.

First thing check tyre pressure.

Have you gone down a pot hole or hit a kerb.

Change wheel to back left and see if the problem disappears

When wheel is off check drive shaft boots to see if they are torn and lost all the grease.

While car is jacked up..and wheel is on..spin the wheel..check play top to bottom..then left to right
