Hi guys wondering any recommendations for wet belts for Northern Ireland Co Antrim Ford dealership looking around £1500 any better recommend price that much appreciated cheers

    That looks like the lower end of what we've seen for dealer prices for a wet belt Ecoboost. Afaik the Mk 8 1.5 diesel is a dry belt.

    Are you sure they're quoting for the correct car?

    Hi thanks for advice I was looking round a few forums and was taking that price from those does the dry belt last longer than the normal wet belt and probably a bit cheaper hopefully

    The interval for the belt on the 1.5 tdci is (I think) 112,000 miles/10 years.

    Iirc last thread on here with 1.5 tdci prices was a couple of years back, prices then seemed to be in the £600-800 range, probably more now.

    Suggest you shop around and/or ask on here for a price for the correct car, no point looking at prices for the Ecoboost.
