Water leak

I seem to have a water leak in my boot not from vents behind the bumper it's coming from in-between the inner arch panel joint and damper panel joint it sounds like there is a pocket of water behind the panel water comes out when i push on the middle of the arch panel.

Any ideas on how to get to and solve the problem as I can't find any drain holes or were its coming from.

Any help would be much appreciated thank you.
