Featured Replies

As in title, no hot air, no vent control, no dash lights on heater panel, no light on aircon button (not eatc old manuel)cuts out with glow plug flashing, may be every 5 mins may be every hour. Disconnect -ve batery terminal for 5 mins reconnect everything listed apart from heat and reculation light now works. Could last 5 mins could last days, no cutting out. I know when its going to do it as with side lights on the illuminations around the heater controls flash and then go out. Please help i get frozen in this weather.

Job done at last, taken months. heater control unit replaced, all faults cured including glow plug flashing and stops. Unit is behind the 3 heating controls on dash, loads of electronics, devil to change. £20 of e-bay.

Glad you got it sorted :)

well done...glow plug flashing appears to be a fault warning on those mondeos...not necessarily related to glow plugs!
