If you find a "lip" on the cap, just prise it off with a screwdriver. You should then see the screw which is holding it in place (Please correct me if I'm wrong.....) turboderv
to get the handle of you need to stick a screwdriver between the handle and the plastic insert at the back of the handle and inside is a horse shoe clip which can be pulled out with a hook tool then the handle will come of look at the link http://www.google.co.uk/imgres?imgurl=http://homepages.tesco.net/~esoteric/sks-images/handle.jpg&imgrefurl=http://homepages.tesco.net/~esoteric/ka-audmods.htm&usg=__g1wHoW-g_vt9LxhTETN9mdKoOq8=&h=183&w=302&sz=13&hl=en&start=0&zoom=1&tbnid=OC3bBgNolSB0YM:&tbnh=106&tbnw=175&ei=IilATfb-AZ6AhAfX7ZyuAw&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dka%2Bwindow%2Bwinder%2Bhandle%26um%3D1%26hl%3Den%26client%3Dfirefox-a%26hs%3DdPR%26sa%3DG%26rls%3Dorg.mozilla:en-GB:official%26channel%3Ds%26biw%3D1440%26bih%3D704%26tbs%3Disch:1&um=1&itbs=1&iact=hc&vpx=509&vpy=101&dur=4047&hovh=146&hovw=241&tx=159&ty=92&oei=IilATfb-AZ6AhAfX7ZyuAw&esq=1&page=1&ndsp=28&ved=1t:429,r:2,s:
