Hi My daughter has a ford Ka and the driver side window becomes out of line when wound down and can only be pulled back up. i have tried to take the internal door trim off to have a look and cant remove it i assume there is a screw holding the winder handle on but cant get the centre cover off to get at it. has anybody any suggestions thanks Andy

The winder should just have a plastic cap in the centre of it. If you find a "lip" on the cap, just prise it off with a screwdriver. You should then see the screw which is holding it in place (Please correct me if I'm wrong.....)
