Key Fob Will Not Work

Hi I can only unlock my tdci ghia x 02 by the key and for some reason it only unlocks the driver door not the others but when I lock it it does all of them. Wondered if it had anything to do with the key fob? Im going to try a new battery to see if that works other wise I dont know . Im also aware that the key fob may need reprogramming how do I do this ?

    My friends mondeo had the same fault as yours when he bought it, after he got the keyfob programmed it became apparent why the fob had been disabled... The motor asm in the drivers door was knackered and the central locking was continuously trying to unlock the doors.

    Instructions for programming the fob are in the owners manual.
