hope you got plenty of chunk lol, im doing about 25 to gallon, insurance has gone through roof and im seriously wanting to sell lol.

from the 2.0 tdci 130 i was getting 44mpg around town and over 50 on a run a few of the common problems are

injectors - the delphi injectors are not the mosr reliable and often loose there code or pack up all togeather

aux belt - this can start to vibrate, you have to replace the belt and pullys to cure

egr valve - these can become choked and give out fault codes, its a simple job to clean but a messy one

intercooler hose - these can split creating black smoke and a flat spot at around 1800rpm, its the big hose from the bottom of the egr valve

alloy wheels - these can flake because of the brake dust eating into them

and because of the weight of the engine front tyres will not last much more than 14000 miles.

how do you get 44mpg round town? i dont thrash mine and most ive ever done is 30mpg.

official fuel figures are 48mpg combined so it about on the mark, if your only getting 30 you may have a problem.
