Wondering if anyone can help, I replaced the rear bulb holders because when i indicate right, the fog lights flashed too, fitting the new bulb holders helped partially but the right hand fog light still flashes with the right indicator, does anyone know what the problem could be? Any help would be greatly appreciated

check and clean the earth wire connections where they join the bodywork.

first of all, wat kind of escort is it? i current have and xr3i which did the same thing, i had to change the bulbs that had blown, and replace the switch that controls the lights.

it was due to the condensation that was on the terminals of the switch which made it faulty, however it didnt blow the fuse it jus kept blowing the bulbs. personally, i had to replace two before i found out wat it was.

My guess is as above give the bolts that hold the holders in place a good clean with sandpaper or something similar as these will earth it to the body also where they go through my need doing as well worked for me once or twice.
