New Ka Bt / Usb Question

I've just ordered a new "Metal" Ka with the BT / USB option, so I can listen to my iPod.

In both our current cars (2010 Fiesta Zetec S & 2011 Kuga Titanium) both have dual sockets (USB & 3.5mm jack point) which allows the driver to listen to and control the iPod from the stereo and steering wheel.

As the KA has only the USB socket, as anyone tried the ford iPod lead in their Ka?
