blaupunkt Travel pilot FX , SD Navigation Card has anyone managed to copy the SD card and transfer it to another SD card and get it to work ?

I want to back mine up and keep original safe and use secondary, tried copying to hard drive then format SD card in car and then paste to copy to New SD card but no joy !

Any one managed it?
