I have an 02 plate Ford Focus Zetec with the standard 6000 CD radio/cd installed.

When I put on the radio,it just scans through the channels constantly and does not stop on any one station. However, when I put on the headlights, it selects a station and works OK. I can't imagine having to drive round with my headlight 'cause I want to listen to the stereo.

I have a suspicion it might be a wiring issue. Can anyone help with a solution?
