Electric Windows Wont Go Up Automatically Anymore!!

Hi, i have recently had my battery off my focus 2001 and have noticed my electric windows wont close automatically when i push the button anymore, they go down fine with one press but not up, they only move up for the length of time i hold the button,they used to work fine before i had the battery off, does anyone know how to solve this?
