Hi everyone I just bought my 2nd escort gti today, its an s reg 3 door gti. Car runs spot on! The only problem is that the drivers side window has came off the runner so the motor has no effect. You can hear the motor running when you push the button but you have to adjust window manually. How hard is it to put the window back on the runner? Has anyone got any tips?

Pretty easy i think.

If i remember its held on with 2 10 or 13mm bolts.

just had my glass out of a non gti,same year to tint my windows,

all my glass was held in place by a blue clip i just popped out the pin that was inside the clip holding the glass in place and popped back in when finish,its fiddly but should only take a couple of mins once you get the cards off!
