Featured Replies

good day to you all. yesterday the engine warning light came on and stayed on. according to the manual, i should repair it by expert. can I drive to the ford garage 20km or shall I ask the mechanics to come and look. I am very distressed about that, I had it for one month only. it is 2005 street ka. thank you all

just check the website, if you have the same problem, may be this put your mind to rest.

as long as the car is driving ok it should be fine to drive to the garage,i do not know if you got any kind of warranty when you bought the car but any garage with a code reader will be able to sort this for you.

It's the pre-cat lambda sensor. I can say that with nearly 99% accuracy as it's the most common fault we see with the Ford Ka. A simple £30 fix if you have a lambda removal socket (or a decent spanner).
