Hi , i have just bought a focus estate as a dog walking car. When driving along there is a strange whinning from the engine and if i get up to 2000 revs the car stays around that rev and drives along just like its got a criuse control program. Also when putting the clutch in the engine sometimes revs up higher. I have lubricated the accelerator cable but still no joy. Thanks for any replies.
