How Long Should A Thrust Bearing Last

Hello, I have got a mondeo 2l tdci 130 52 plate. It has now done 131000.

I had the clutch, slave cylinder and the thrust bearing changed 30k 18 months ago. Since then I have mainly done motorway miles in the car and the thrust bearing has started to go already (squeaking when clutch peddal is depressed).

Is this normal that this has gone already? The last one lasted 101k!

The ford garage where I had this done gave a warranty for 12 months which it has now gone over but I feel that it should have lasted longer.

Would be interested to hear other people's view on this

Thank

You for your time
