Hi i have a mondeo 2.0 tdci it runs ok glow plug warning light comes on engine cuts out but will restart straight away i have fully serviced the car and changed the egr valve and the cam sensor but still cutting out when i accelerate hard it black smokes bad the fault code P0251 injection pump fuel metering control A (cam/Rotary/injector)

    did you change the fuel filter? was it a ford one?,first job would be to get a leak off test done on the injectors.
