Fiesta Injecors Leaking

Hi everyone new to this just wondering if any one can help me out i have four injectors out of a 2005 fiesta 1.6 tdci on monday i have to cut the injector seats and replace with new seals now the problem i am having is that before i was given this job two of my fellow mechanics have had five attemps (between them) at fitting leak off pipes and one injector seal. what kept happening is the the leakoff pipes kept popping off after being fitted so they where replaced and they still popped off untill the last time when i fitted them and they have stayed on since i took them off this morning.

Now to save myself looking stupid at work how can i stop them poppin off again they look fine and so do the clips

any help with this matter will be greatly appreciated.
