Hi guys,

New to the forum and it looks great, full of info. Please be gentle, I am not technical and know little about the workings of a car.

I have a 55 plate Mondeo Titanium X with the Ford DVD sat nav with bluetooth and touchscreen. The problem i have is the bluetooth has disappeared, when i press the phone button it just mutes audio. Nothing finds the car's bluetooth and the voice activated control doen't work either. Radio, CD, sat nav and climate are all fine.

Does anyone know how to fix this or has anyone had a similar problem? I have looked at the other posts and I suppose if I unhooked the battery I could try re-setting it. I don't have they key code but I understand from other posters I could get this, but where do find the serial number?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
