Green Lit Odomoter Display...is This Normal??

Hi Guys

Just noticed that the green display, which displays the mileage etc is STILL lit up, when I havent entered the car or opened any of the doors for at least 2-3 hrs. I have checked all the doors etc, and it its currently still lit. I have opened the doors, locked them all and have waited 20 mins and its still lit.

Is this normal??
