Advice please

could be a leaking rocker cover gasket causing the oil seapage?...remove the excess oil from around the plugs and soak them over night in penetrating oil.....something like this.http://www.halfords.com/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/product_storeId_10001_catalogId_10151_productId_274625_langId_-1_categoryId_165594

go easy on undoing them...use plenty of wd40 or the equivalent

investigate the cause of the leak, could be as simple as a new gasket...
