Front Windscreen Blowers Not Very Powerful

Morning

The front windscreen blowers on my 2005 cmax are not very powerful and not clearing the windscreen.

There in no noticable difference between setting 2 and 4.

Any ideas please

    Could be the blower motor resistor pack. Alternatively, when was the last time you changed the pollen filter?
