Brake System Warning Light

This morning my Brake system warning light(red)on my dash came on briefly whilst i was taking a roundabout.It came on when the car was cornering and went off when i straightened up again.This happened a secound time at another roundabout in exactly the same way.I was not braking at the time,and first thing that has come to mind is the fluid level in the brake resovoir? I am not able to check this until later this aft as i am in work but thought i would mention it here? The car had a service in june.

Any help if you have suffered this fault would be appreciated.
