Just joined the forum so sorry if this has been asked before but I haven't been able to find. I have an 08 facelift model 3 door zetec and my brother just picked up a 09 5 door tdci zetec on friday and neither of us have bluetooth calling ability like our dad does on his 10 plate 5 door zetec.

wondering if there is any upgrade available without buying a whole new unit to allow bluetooth calling via the ford audio?

any help anyone can give on this would be appreciated!

Hi you do not need a new stereo your current stereo is working fine,

because the bluetooth unit is not part of the stereo it is a seperate box that plugs in to cables behind the glove box it is available on ebay usually priced around £80-£120 and allows the bluetooth to function on your stereo, see the link mate:

im not the seller of the item above, but it is what you need to purchase if you want bluetooth on your ford stereo.

you may also require the microphone piece that sits in behind the grill on the panel around the centre light in the front of the car,

check that the existing panel has the mic behind it.
