2Nd Battery Keeps Blowing Fuzes In Amp's

right ive wired a split charge system to charge a second battery to run the amps off.. the problem now is when the amp are running and the split charge system kicks in to recharge the battery it melts the blade type fuze in the amps.. is there a capacitor or some thing i need to stop more than 30a to the amps.
