Ford Audio Upgrade To Sony

Featured Replies

I currently have the bog standard ford audion stereo in my car which is ok but I really want to have a Sony cd player as I previously had one in my old car (ford focus) I like my music loud and it's crackles too much for my liking any ideas if a dealer will do this and the price ? Or should I look into someone doing for me ? Many thanks

You can do it yourself, it's easy. You can get the "keys" to remove old radio and mount for new Sony radio from any car shop. Dealers can do it but at a stupid cost. The connections at the rear of the radio is easy to disconnect and connect to new one but you may need an adapter plug. Remember to keep a note of the radio code for the bog standard one, you will need it if you put it back in. if I can do it myself so can anyone.

Good luck, Cher :-)
