Ford Focus 05 Stereo Fascia Question

Featured Replies

HI

I HAVE A 05 FORD FOCUS WITH CD 6000, CAN I TAKE THIS OUT WITH THE SURROUND AND REPLACE IT WITH FORD FOCUS 2010-11 SURROUND AND CD PLAYER?

CHEERS

Yes you can but you need the adaptor brackets as the new radio uses 4 screws to mount whereas the current one uses clips.

Ford do a kit I believe.

Do you have a link to these brackets by chance?

You'll have to get them from Ford as i've failed to find them on eBay or anywhere else online so far.

Part (Finis) numbers from Ford and approximate price -

  • 1547964 x 2 @ £4.37 each – Adapters
  • 1539347 @ £23.22 – Fascia

You will also need 4 screws (but unsure of the size / part numbers).
