I have recently brought one of these for my Karaoke shows, moving equipment etc, made up with the economy and handling and can live with the harsh noise and sluggish performance..She has done 169 k on a 51 plate, new m.o.t when I brought her and good bodywork, can't see any rot!! The underneath is solid too and the guy reckons he has put a new wishbone on her? She drives fine, starts on the button and id running below half way on the temperature gauge, only problem I have noticed is a vicious clutch, very low biting point and really needs to be let out slowly and my biggest concern: she drives smoothly until I hit 55 mph and then the accelerator judders under my foot until I get to about 65 and then it disappears? Is this clutch related? I would really appreciate some help. I paid £800 for her and don't want to have a massive bill within 2 weeks!!! I do have a mate who Is a decent mechanic, but wanted to ask the experts on here first!!

hi had similer fault on a W plate turned out to be a oil leak behind clutch (crankshaft oil seal)and new clutch kit.
