Have I Lost Out?

Featured Replies

Hi guys,

So when i bought my Focus from a well known dealer, i asked them about the service history and they told me the car had it all.

So after eventual time, my V5 came through the door, then the MOT filtered through the door, But now i find myself without any proof of previous services?

I have contacted the dealership and because its been 2 months since i purchased from them, they can't do much at all to help they said.

So i question if there was really a service history, is there anyway at all i can obtain or find out this information?\

Also with the dealer i purchased 2 Years cover on servicing and MOT, when is the best time to utilise the service's? When do i book it in with them. Every 3 Months?

It was MOT in May, so do i book it in soon for a service?
