hi my focus seems to be running low on power will not rev properly and seems to stutter when driving any ideas?

    Wish I could get a car to rev up to 30k.

    There could be a number of issues causing the car to only rev up to 3k. Plugs, leads, coil pack, fuel filter, air filter for starters. Have a check on when these were last changed and go from there.
