Radio/Cassette Volume

Featured Replies

Hi,

I have a first generation KA with a standard basic radio/cassette.

Everytime I turn the car off and start it up again the radio/cassette defaults back to a volume of 8.

Is there anyway to save a new default volume so it remembers it every time I use it?

Thanks,

Paul.

There was a problem with the radios, mainly affected the fiestas. Think is used to reset the volume to 5 all the time. Very annoying

Think the solution was a new radio. So unless you've got some sort of warranty your gonna have to live with it or fork out for a new one

i have a brand new still boxed radio cassete from my wifes 08 ka she had cd fitted if your intrested let me know .

Sorry I haven't replied to this thread for a while.

Thanks for the info guys - shame it's a fault (or sounds to be).

I'll let you know if I think about replacing it with a new one.

:)
