Socket In Glove Box

Featured Replies

quick question

whilst looking behind the glove box for my footwell loom, i had to unplug a connector from the top left corner of the glove box to remove the glove box, it wasnt behind the hole for the aux (black square cut out) it was to the right of that,

does anyone know what it for?

if it was not plugged into anything then it may be the Wres for the Passenger Airbag switch

The cut out on the left (snap out hole) is for the optional airbag deactivation switch.

The aux would be positioned to the right of that in a recessed part and plugged intota slightly raised circle marked aux in.

thanks stoney, it is a aux port then, no idea what you would put in there it looks a very small hole

It would be a 3.5 audio cable.

It's recessed to allow for plug length and the cable.
