Would that be the same for a 1999 Endura-E engine? My handbook says 15w30, my Haynes manual says 10w30 and halfords recommends 5w30 so I'm a little confused any ideas?

If you're positive it's the correct hand book for the car I would go with that, but 5w30 is the recommended oil 4 all the endura-e engines as far as I'm aware

as they all recommend a Xw/30 i would go with the 5w/30 as it offers the most protection when cold.

My book says 5/30 semi synthetic, it's an 07 durotec
