Hi there ive got a 12 plate ford focus and the key is missing the part where you hook ur house keys etc on to, i think its broken off but looks like it was some sort of bar that was on it with another circle to attach the keys on to. Is it possible to buy a spare for this or will it mean replacing the whole key? Im scared i may lose the key on its own without my house keys attached to it

    Try ebay - should be reasonably easy to find a blank key and just swap all the innards over

    fairly easy. Just take the unit apart as you would to replace the battery and then take the guts out of one and switch it to the other, then put it back together again :)
