x reg ford ka, owned for 1 year, about 46,00 miles,

had MOT 3 weeks ago, oil light came on soon after and checked oil level, it was empty so filled it bcak up again, 2 weeks later oil light is back on again and ive just checked and theres no oil in it again, but theres no evidence of leaks anywhere including on driveway.

it does need as service but i have no money at the moment so just need help/advice at the moment

no, no signs of any abnormal smoke from the exhaust at all
