Bit of ephemera really but I was just wondering how common a feature of my soon to be picked up MK6 2008 Fiesta is. It has a terracota/red dash top molding? I have seen a few with variations of blue dash tops but no other red ones.

    Mine used to have a red dash and the one I learnt in. I believe they came in grey, blue and red. It was model dependant I think

    Thanks for the info Marc, much appreciated. MIne is a 1.6TDI Zetec 2008 08 the reason I was asking was it seems to have been spec'd with an awful lot of extra's, privacy class, reversing sensors, folding mirrors, auto lights and wipers to name but a few, and I wondered if the red dash was a special option.

    Zetec, and zetecS aswell as ST's have either red or blue, and ghia's and cheap models would have black or grey i believe, im not a fan of coloured dashboards in the mk6.5s prefer the original dash but the newer cluster and dials.

    Sounds like you have a zetec climate!

    The chrome strip on the front grill will confirm that. Good find, they were a special edition for a limited time based on the zetec :)

    I had a Zetec Climate back in 2007 in Moondust Silver with a grey dash
