Badcleva
Hi folks, I have tried to get some info on this , but finding someone with real TDCI knowledge is suprisingly hard work! I'm hoping someone may be able to help ;) Basically I have oil spewing out of what I am pretty sure is the turbo oil feed pipe. I obviously need to replace the pipes, both feed and return. I have removed the return pipe where it enters the block by the sump, that was simple enough and I have removed one of the return pipe securing bolts at the top of the return pipe where it meets the turbo and I am sure with a bit of messing I'll get the other one. What I am struggling with is getting the feed pipe off at the turbo end and the end where is enters the block right behind the alternator Other than the turbo heat shield and air intake I haven't removed any ancillaries. I have read elsewhere that it's an easy job, I am now beginning to wonder !! Any help please ?
