Bluetooth Audio Help

Featured Replies

Hi guys n gals

This is my first post, please be gentle :)

I got my new Mondeo 2.0 Econectic TDCI yesterday and having a play with all the nice features.

The one thing it does not do is Bluetooth audio, the menu only has the option for line in.

Would I need to change the head unit to get this feature as all my music is in the cloud with Google Music or is there another option.

The head unit is the 6000 CD.

Thanks.

You probably would, as I dont believe the 6000CD comes with bluetooth as standard. Have you managed to find the bluetooth module (as far as I recall, its somewhere up the side of the centre console visible from the footwells...?)

The car has bluetooth for phone calls, just not multimedia.

What head units do Ford do that fit in the same aperture that would allow multimedia playback.

I have seen retrofit kits, but I think they are for none voice cars.

they have a sony headunit I believe
