swift
Hi all, I am currently doing an ST mod from my Fiesta flame :P . In doing this I want to change the back drums into discs. Does anyone know how to do this, have a guide, or know where I can get one from. Any info on this would be greatly appreciated. Cheers P.s If anyone can suggest a good source (website etc) where i can get ST bumpers and skirts from that would also be very helpful, thanks. Mark M.K
Why not just buy a real ST? Will be cheaper and more fun...
swift
Why not just buy a real ST? Will be cheaper and more fun... Insurance mainly lol :( . and then also it will be more fun doing all the work to my car rather than just buying one much better havin a bit of a project. And once all of the work is done and i have enough money for my next car anyways i will be able to sell it one to a young new driver who wants an ST but can't afford the insurance. See there is a plan lmao ;)
SierraYankee99
Why not make it look different rather than make it look like an ST thats all show and no go.

gilb-fezzy-01
Dont u just hate it when you ask a question and everyone just digs at you for trying something a little difefrent. I like your style my friend and your ambition. Love it. Great idea, and as a young driver myself I know how insurance can be a killer as it is on my little fezzy. We have got to try and do something to try and stop us being one of the other 1 million people who drive your bog standard fords..... BORING! I have recently put some lovely little black alloys on my Fiesta Black limited edition and it looks ten times better than most other peoples standard fezzys. Also planning lots of other mods to improve the styling. I bought a fiesta black as it is a little diferent to other fiestas already. If you just went a bought a ST that would ruin the fun of it all ! I love to change my car and keep improving it as i am very passionate about cars. As for your questions Im afraid I have no idea, which is no use to you at all, but i saw people saying you should just buy an ST, what do they know...hey? Keep going mate, dont listen to these people with no style! We will be drving around with our unique cars, GET IN THERE! See ya around buddy JG

See ya around buddy JG Finally someone who is comming from the same aspect as me lol Thats the thing i get a lot of fun out of doing me car up etc. I think i am going to paint my alloys white like love it! lol Got a few other mods on the way like, the ST bumpers and skirts are going to have to get done soon, also want a new sound system :P ha and then theres the bucket / racing seats and the monitors in the head rests. Also want to put a nice sounding air filter on but was considering getting a full exhaust system and that. Then needs to get lowered as well. Also want to get the split twin exhaust once i get the ST bumper and that sorted. So as you can see theres a lot on the list lol. You see for some people insurance and that isn't an issue but i need to save every penny a like a lot of people i want i nice sporty car but probs couldn't afford the insurance so this is the best way of going about it. Thanks for your comment mate, glad you like the ambition ;) should look good when all done! Catch ya l8a
squaddiefox
so in making the car look 'unique' you are going to make it look like every other ST out there? why not do something a little different? im thinking of no body kit, just some tints, debadging, smoothing (though not bumpers into the body), and doing something about the horrible plastic trim. after that some white speedline 5/6 spokes maybe in a 16". depending on how much room im left with in the arches will depend on the coilovers i go with. the engine has only got a K&N on at the minute but will be getting 4-2-1 headers, race cat, stainless pipes and a turn on the rolling road so the ECU can be sorted. and a disc conversion for the rear axle. and then, if i can save enough, a full jet black respray. Am not bothered if t looks like every other ST out there tbh and tbh i can't recall seeing many black ST's and will still have its own unique bits and pieces lol. Already got tints like I will probs just decide as i go along how much / little I want to do in certain areas. The disc converstion on rear axle is a defos though. Its jsut trying to put the other stuff i want to do in some kind of order but hey its a good project what ever i do. Thanks for your opinions and advice, much appreciated.
