Fiesta 1.6 Tdci 2007 Blue Smoke And Runs Rough

Can anybody help!!

I have a fiesta 1.6 tdci 57 plate, it has done around 62,000 miles. The other day the engine management light came on and the engine died and would not restart. later that day it started but had no power, sounded like it was running on 3 cylinders but also had lots of blue smoke bellowing out. Green flag came out and plugged in meter and there was no fault codes. I have changed the fuel filter, as recommended by green flag guy, and it has made no difference.

Has anyone come across this type of fault before who could enlighten me perhaps?
