What Is The Phone Symbol On Dashboard Of Sportka??

I recently purchased a 2004 sportka se and can not work out what the symbol of the phone is for on the dashboard. (see attached photo)

I presume that i can connect my phone to the car however not sure how as I can't see any sort of connect eg usb or audio jack and i have tried bluetooth however nothing comes up on my phone.

any ideas?
