Ford Ka Service Warning

Hi

I had my x plate ford ka serviced which flagged up some problems.

I would like advice on what these things are, how important they are and would they fail a mot.

Rear wiper not working ( it's intermittent I don't think it would fail a mot . It hasn't in the past )

Rear cylinder weeping

Richer cover gasket leaking

Slump gasket has a slight leak

Aux belt perishing

What would fail my mot and what has to be fixed after the mot?
