Recently purchased a 2005 StreetKA - only 1 key. In 34 years of driving I have never lost a car key but you can imagine what might happen if I had only the one key - so set about trying to find a new one at a competitive price. H Harrold in Sheffield provided a new key with transponder all programmed into the car for £90. It took 20 minutes. Friendly service and I would highly recommend them. Give them a call before you go as they prefer you to make an appointment to ensure the right guys are available to do the job.
