Aux Lead - 55 Reg Focus

Hey guys,

Just purchased a 55 reg focus and noticed the aux button but checked glove box and no port to plug a lead in!.. It was registered in sept 05 but noticed the aux connector with part number 1426121 is for cars registered oct 2005+, is there a lead I can buy for this to work?

    That is the correct cable but they're crap.

    The socket on the end is prone to crossed connections and poor sound.

    I use one of these-

    The cable comes out under the demister switches and for me is a far more convenient location.

    Saves having to drill a hole for the socket.

    I have mine in just the right place to plug into a Griffin charger/controller for my ipod.

    I can use it to play/pause/skip tracks, you can't do that with a standard aux port :d
